Lambda Chi Alpha has plenty of opportunities to offer. In order to continue to support a second-to-none fraternity experience, we have certain expectations for all our members.
Membership Dues
Our chapter’s activities and functions are funded primarily through membership dues. The financial cost of being in Lambda Chi is currently $995 first semester, then $895 per semester, paid up front; or $1050, then $975 if paid in three monthly payments. (Sep–Dec in fall, Feb–May in spring).
Time Commitment
Because Lambda Chi Alpha offers so many activities, it may demand more time commitment than a typical student organization. In general, the more you put in, the more you get out. The basic expectations for time commitments include attending:
- Weekly business meetings (1–2 hours on Monday evenings)
- Weekly fraternity education sessions Sunday evenings
- Required study hours throughout the week (at a campus library)
- Other optional activities will take place throughout the semester—intramural sports, social outings, philanthropic events
